Houston Area BMW Dealership recommendation
Looking for feedback on service dept. at Momemtum West, Katy or Momemtum Southwest, Houston. Plan to purchase new 3 series in near future and would like to purchase car where service is recommended.

Momemtum Southwest, Houston is good. Good service
and pretty quick. It works weel when you have free warranty service. After that will cost lots of money :)
But is a good place

I know it's been a while ssince your original post, but I have found the Service dept at Advantage in Clearlake (I-45 S) to be excellent. It's a bit far from you, but it's one of the best BMW shops I've ever used around the country. "Larry" is the shop foreman and very well versed in all of their cars.
