Driveability issue at low RPMs/low throttle
My '86 535i (5 speed) has an irritating driveability issue: at lower RPMs (usually in 3rd or 4th gear) and with light throttle, the power delivery is uneven. This is most noticeable between the speeds of 30-40mph. The car idles great (for an e28) and has great power. This is a very low miles car (~54K on the clock) and has been garaged at all times. I have run Techron for several fillups. I use premium gas. The plugs look perfectly clean. With higher RPMs and heavier throttle, the uneven power delivery is not noticeable. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
