Smog Check

It's been a long time since I made the rounds here. Anyway, I haven't driven the car much and it's time to get a smog check.

I’d appreciate any insight or tips in preparing the car.

Fresh oil change and take the car in hot (might be a good idea to have an appointment for this reason). If you fail the test, repost and we'll suggest things to check out. Good luck.

Hey buddy, just really busy at work and in school. I'm going through an Executive MBA program at Chapman, so all of my time is consumed studying... and working.

How is your M5 coming along?

Hey Armando.., back to school ay ! I could never go back.

The M5 is cleaning up little by little. Last summer I pulled the bumpers off and had them repainted. I replaced all the plastic molding and purchased a new fron spoiler. So she's now looking more like a clean/stock car.., but I still need to replace the leather and repaint some body pieces here and there. Remember.., this is a 280k daily driver and I have a blast every morning floggin this old car. Still amazing.
