    not in Russia... unless you want to get murdered

    or robbed and left alone on the road. Dirty cops are very dirty and they exist in very large numbers. Ukraine same way. If you can avoid cops as much as the maffia. They are almost the same but the maffia will not do harm if you pay. cops ? nothing sure !
