what is it that you HATE so much about the Lounge ?

or should I say : why don't you want to use the lounge as it is supposed to ?

I mean no flames or anything but really the lounge is an open forum where you can say anything.

I have no trouble separating the posts and I don't see real problem for anybody.

and one more but this is a request from me - I don't like vulgarity. If we can please say what we want but stay away from the obscene and vulgar messages. No, I'm not a saint, I probably use them more often then I should. But please not on a public forum. If you use vulgar and obscene words, a few years later you might look back to a post (if you use the archives) and find things that you regret saying. Sure you can go and slam somebody and send somebody to a hot climate, I'm oke with that - IN THE LOUNGE. There is always a nice way and a bad way to slap a person. Usually the nice way hurts them more and you still get out as a gentleman.

this is all I want to ask, fight and slames are oke, they are part of our lives. we don't agree and we will never agree on anything. This is human nature, I have no troubel with that. Fight, slam, be rude, be agressive antyhing you want, but no obscene and vulgar words and do it in the LOUNGE.

I am Ok With The Lounge What I am Not ok with is they way mom works and some a$$holes on this board. My fathers day post was not moved to the lounge is was closed MOM should be Public you mom a post and you name get posted as the one who momed it. Alan responded with this “ Now, on the other side, Steve, et al--it would help a LOT if you guys practiced a little more tolerance. Jim's original Father's Day post was off topic for sure, but come on--it wasn't particularly horrible and didn't really get in the way of anything. All the other boards here, including the E46 M3 board, cut people a little more slack when it comes to off topic things. Don't have such an itchy trigger finger."
The Lounge is ok My Point was Way Missed except for Alan He Got It My Fatehers Day Post Was Ot Big Deal It was Not Moved to the lounge It was Closed. As long As You Have MOM and anymos system a$$holes will not cut slack and have itchier trigger fingers
Make MOM open and public so if i mom your post it will be know who did it. this way someone may feel shame before they mom a decent human post.

About other people on the board, you be amazed, these are probably the same people that mom the post and tell me I am out of line, what hypocrites. I keep them confidential you tell me something it stays with me. I may have a bad mouth at times but I am honorable

As Far as Vulgarity . Take Guys Like Charles & Steve Cohen these two guy got their asses kicked in high school all the time because they opened their mouth to much, In order not to get their [Oops!] kicked they tautened people with a running head start. later in life they became cyber bullies Now they but in and try to slap someone when they can. Charles Probably spent his war years crying in the fox hole while my uncle & cousin took the bullets thank God he is not with my daughter in Iraq Steve Cohen has nothing to do or nothing to say except be a cyber bully and is just and [Oops!] in general. With Guys Like these when they get out of line you have to tell them point blank in public to shut the f up you a$$hole. And call them the names that they are . When this happens the get embarrassed and they don’t have the wit to reply, they will say class I know better, wit and Balls. So what happens is they get flash backs to the high school when the got their A$$ kick or slapped around in the lunch room. and stop posting for a while Thats why I use the vulgarity it works on certain people I will try and tone it down out of respect for you and a few others. I don't hate the lounge brother, I am just sick and tired of some folks mod-o-mating OT posts in the mian E31 forum and they get deleted. Somehow I see that a bit insulting and unfair....
So radical action from some folks closing OT posts deserve radical action as well, close the damn Lounge since the OT posts don't make it there.
But no, the lounge is fine by me althou I don't agree with posting in two places....

something that will have to live with it from now on, but bottom line is that some particular people here really deserve a good share of that.
Does it mean that everybody else have to put up with that language? NO, and for that again I sincerely apologize if anyone got offended...
