I ordered a couple of small things a few months ago while I was still waiting on the car to be shipped to me...within a week I had bogus charges on my credit card which I had to dispute/cancel. My credit card company took care of it all for me, but based on other reputable places I had ordered from before the fraud, I was pretty sure DMCH was to blame.

I didn't know others had had the same problem! Based on their web site and guessing that they weren't very high-tech types, my thought was that their web site had been hacked and had a trojan or something on it that was collecting the credit card info and sending it offshore somewhere to be used.

I've placed phone orders since then with no issues at all.
