"B" Pillar question....
Many years ago I saw a Bimmer without "B" pillars and was impressed by it. Now that I own an 850 I know it wasnt an 8 so my question is...
What other BMW had no "B" pillar back in the early to mid 90's????
If my memory recalls it was about the size of a 6 series....
Its scary when thoughts come to mind at my age......

E9 early to mid 90's ? try the early to mid 70's
there was no other car without B pillar. The E36 coupe had a B pillar and there was not other BMW coupe at the time. Sorry it must have been the 8 just the memories are playing tricks with you. You probably remember it being bigger more luxurious and faster too :-)
as we age things gets smaller slower and less exciting. <a href="http://mydrive.roadfly.com/photos/pic.php?u=56726KDZYN&i=8969"><img src="http://mydrive.roadfly.com/photos/pic.php?u=56726KDZYN&i=8969" border="0"></a>
