its all going to spiral down from here on...
they will sue these :
the airfield, drivers family, the last party, the the liquer store, the school (if it was a school party), BMW, the paramedics etc.
but at the end of the day all 5 passenger got into the car on their own free will and did what they did on their free will.
I would NOT let them sue anybody.

Almost true...Laz....
Most likely the back seat passengers were captive and didnt have control over what was being done. I dont mind going fast as long as I am in control. Most likely they got in thinking they were going to do something fun, or go somewhere only to find out that they were on a high speed race to thier death. Peer pressure is a powerful thing...especially with kids!! The only hope is that they survive until they are old enough to know better....
These kids didnt get a chance!!

still you can smell danger unless you have substan
substance. If you use alcohol or anything else to mute it down, then you are asking for trouble. right there when they used anything they started crawling into the deep trouble.
I vividly remember to my youth and I know how I felt about danger.
I had a 280HP car when I was 22 y/o (Audi V8) and I used every last bit of that power. but never to get stupid. I had 4 kids with me and we went on a same powertrips as these kids. But I tried and kept it under control. never any substance and never at 3:00Am when you are tired and reflexes are down.
I had some pretty close situations but never when I was speeding or doing anything risky. On a normal road when I was obeying the law's and thankfully I managed to get out of it.
some people have the luck and they survive some don't. These poor kids did not. I feel for ALL of them. The driver wasn't different then any of them probably. this is what the parents teached them, this what they have seen all of their life and thought this was ok.
seen it many times in my old town in Coral Springs. <a href="http://mydrive.roadfly.com/photos/pic.php?u=56726KDZYN&i=8969"><img src="http://mydrive.roadfly.com/photos/pic.php?u=56726KDZYN&i=8969" border="0"></a>

Re: Almost true...Laz....
they had the same chance we all get. I can't tell how many times when I look back of how lucky I am. I think any one of us can admit to a careless moment of judgement in our history of adolesence that some supreme being saved us from disaster for that split second. Unfortunately these poor individuals used up thier moments long before this happened.
