That's an EASY one!
Honda Civics and Accords are stolen ALL THE TIME either as a joy-ride vehicle for some kid with a coffee can muffler or to strip for parts. The fact that there are millions of them on the road mean they are valuable to part out.
Z3s, on the other hand, are very difficult to drive without a key, and there are relatively few of them on the road to make them valuable as parts vehicles.
Since Hondas are stolen more often than Z3s, they cost more to insure. Simple as that.
