    rear seat removal

    Dudes,

What's the trick to removing the rear seat back. The botton seat is out and I've removed the two bolts that hold the rear seat back but this thing is hung on something. The archives and Bently manual mentions that after the two bolts are removed the seat comes out by lifting straight up and out. What am I overlooking?

    Much thanks

There are two additional screws. One in the center down low and one underneath the center armrest. Then simply lift up, pull forward and wiggle it lose.

Nice, I had the same question but hadn't gotten around to asking it here. Asked a few BMW dealer techs, they didn't know... Now I can replace that center seatbelt holder.
