The Dell saga continues...

The Dell computer has been returned, and I still don't have my money back.

Received and email back from the state's attorney who is working with the BBB on the issue of getting my money back. I now have a contact of a VP at Dell who is in Round Rock and speaks english as their first language if you would like it email me.

I should have my money back with in 10-15 days. I should press them for intrest. But I'll be satified with the money and canceling my "Dell Prefered Credit Card."

Dell actually had the nerve to send me a letter yesterday saying my credit limit has been increased to $10k.

this experience has seemed worse than pulling teeth! This isn't the first Dell He!! story I've heard.
