    2004 530i Navigation Disc

    Hi,

    Can anyone help me with how to make a backup copy of my navigation Disc?

    I've tried several times but my disc drive keeps telling me to insert navigation dvd as if it cant read it! :(

    If you have a dvd read-write, it should work.....

    You do need to copy it to either the DVD-R minus (-) or DVD-R plus(+). I was able to copy it to both the plus and the minus DVD, but only one of them would actually work when I plugged it back into my navigation in the trunk. For the life of me, I can't remember which one works....plus or minus.

    Your computer disk drive should be able to read it. I use Nero software to make the copies.

    It can be done.
