Thread: Replacement Headliner
05-20-2008 06:31 PM #1
It's finally time to replace the headliner in the M5. I found the thread below and checked a few of the leads including my local dealer and an exceptional upholstery shop in town, but no one has a line on OEM replacement liners. My best option appears to be having the local shop custom make a new liner for me. It will not be exact, but I don't intend for my car to show up at Pebble Beach. Any suggestions? (I am going to send email to Steve Haygood.) TIA

I was able to order the material from
maximillion.. I think it is a dealer thing too...
It comes in a roll, It would be a big job to make a headliner with it.
I used it to recover the inner sliding panel of my sunroof. I converted to an OEM glass roof, but the inner panel was beige. The result of my work is really nice.. I am proud.
