euro Delivery prices - base car about $1500 less
I looked at the dealer's price book last week. I was disappointed that for European delivery, the 1 and 3 series are only about $1000-$2000 cheaper than the regular USA dealership price. Accessories and packages like sport package are the same as full USA price. So if the dealers are not discounting much or at all, take the regular USA price and deduct about $1500, and you will have an approximate Euro. delivery price. The diplomatic pricing with USA delivery is a bit above European delivery. Military pricing is cheapest of all, but I did not see the price list.
If you want the type of car a typical dealer would have on the lot, you might do better during a winter storm on New Year's eve. But if you want manual transmission, you probably have to order custom.

Re: euro Delivery wholesale prices anyone?
He said wholesale. I don't know what the base for the 128ci, but for 2008, the base for the 128i and the 135i were $24,470 and $29,660 respectively. MSRP for the 135i and 128ci are $34,900 and $33,100 so I'm guessing the invoice for the 128ci ED is around $28,000 give or take a couple hundred.
