CHeers to Matt Hernandez!
Gentlemen,
I have owned a 1988 e28 m5 for a few years now - but to be accurate the S38 has been replaced with an M30 - which is why I bought it - do not want the worry of babbying or rebuilding an S38.
Anyway, it would not start without jumping the main relay - been researching the forum and ran across Matt's name and phone number - just got off the phone with him and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - and is sending me an ECU to try.
How can anyone ask for anything more from a person you have never met!
