    e28 acceleration /throttle cable

how difficult is it to replace the throttle cable?
Mine is starting to fray, and difficult to accelerate.
    Does anyone have a link/pictures?

It is fairly easy. Gotta go under the dash to where it connects to the pedal, and trace back through the firewall to the throttle body.

No pictures needed. Go to the top of the gas pedal where the cable connects, disconnect it there...then trace backwards from there. Disconnect from T body. Pull the old one out and thread a new one through and reconnect both ends.
