Anyone have an E 34/M5 with a build date in 1992?

I have a theory that 92 M5s are just re-badged 91s...sort of like they did with the E 24s in 1989.

My 92 has a build date of 7/91

Just curious if there is anyone with an m5 build in the year 1992
