Transfer Address Book to new car

Is there an easy way to backup my 100+ address locations in my current car and then simply upload them into my new car? I know that the service dept. has had to write them down and manually reenter the data when they do a program update that wipes out memory. I would love to have all of my data without the need to spend 5 hours entering all my destinations all over again.

So you added these manually and not via your cell phone? If so I thonk you are outta luck. There is a new system coming at the dealer that replaces the current PROGMAN software upgrade hardware and software. I am not sure it has any added capabilities along those lines. Not sure the dealers have had their training yet but I'll ask.
