I need exhaust manifolds for e12 engine

I have a 1977 630CSI (with e12 engine) that has thermal reactor exhaust manifold system. I want to switch out for a regular non-thermal reactor system ======= any suggestions will be appreciated. Does anyone hav a set of non-thermal reactor manifolds for sale? Please email me at "[email protected]". Thanks, Mike

    Google "stahl headers"

I replaced the reactors on my '77 (that I had many years ago) with Stahl headers. Easy fit, seemed like good quality (although we only had the car a couple of years after that so don't know about longevity.)

Stahl's catalog still lists it on page 8.

To FloydR: What other changes did you make, i.e., remove hoses, colored vacuum hoses, the three "containers" on the driver side of the engine department? Any help will be appreciated. I can email you pictures if I have your email address.
    Thanks,

    Changes...

I definitely removed the air pump and associated hoses. I seem to recall that I crimped shut an inlet pipe to the intake manifold, and plugged another hose.

As long as the intake manifold's vacuum lines are plugged, there isn't any problem, as the idle control screw and airflow meter will take care of everything (no ECU on those models.) I don't remember any containers.

Re: I need exhaust manifolds for e12 engine

My 1977 630 Csi (VIN 5505433) burned to death over the holiday. I assume the manifold is okay though. Do you have some way I can identify that I have the correct manifold? If you do, you can have it for $10 plus shipping with no warranty etc. Pretty dirty and will have burned bits on it.
