Looking to purchase 2006 M5 need advice

I am currently looking at a 2006 M5 with 20K miles, the car is pretty loaded and very clean. This is a private sale and I am not sure what I should be paying for it, I checked kbb but those numbers are not always the correct ones? What would be a good price range for this vehicle?

    Thanks

Check galves.com for real wholesale pricing. 2006 m5(20000 miles) goes for $40000. Good buy price is $42000

I have yet to see an 06 M5 with 20K miles and loaded sell for $42K... I think $45K to $47K is probably a closer range...BMW M3 SMGII Info, DIY, FAQs...

    I just bought a pristine 2007 M-5 with 35k on the clock. It's loaded, and I paid $46k

My guess is Worldbeat is on the mark.CalypsoDiver
