I bought from eBay seller importpartsonline
I bought a couple sets of lenses for my old 1998 E38 from eBay seller importpartsonline. I was very pleased.

Re: Any good inexpensive source for headlight lens'?
I'd cover your nice new lenses with clear plastic shields. Bavauto has some. Get the clear uncut sheets, enough for 4 headlights and 4 fogs. That glass pits easy. Also, the shields hide the pits on the lenses, the thick glue fills them and makes old lenses look clear.
