HELP-Buying a 735i in Chicago, need a good shop...

Hello everyone,
I am buying an 1987 735i in Barrington, IL about 30 miles west of Chicago. I am planning on driving it back to Salt Lake City. I am looking for a good/honest shop that can take a look at the vehicle. It is in beautiful condition but you never know. Can anyone recommend a good shop or mechanic?

Call Eddie at Edva Motorsports in Carol Stream, 630-933-8333. His shop is about a 35 minute drive from you in normal traffic.

Eddie focuses on racing, and he is a very good mechanic. I used him last year for a center bearing job. He is honest and reasonably priced, especially compared to a BMW dealer. He is a one man shop and very busy, but maybe he can fit you in on short notice. Tom
