Recently heard knock in engine - previously running great and quiet. Engine has over 200k miles. Took car to mechanic who suspects timing chain & tensioner - after prelim check, found metal shavings in oil. Anyone care to shed some light on issue? Is this limited or typical of timing chain or other issue?
