New owner.
Hi everyone. Just parted with my brand new 03 Z4. Yes brand new. It had 7100 miles on it. My wife and I quit driving it together 5 years ago when our son arrived. I was wondering if I got a good deal on my 08 Titanium silver 135i. It stickered at 45,800 and had 100 testdriven miles. they were asking 38,500. We got it out the door for 20,097. they gave us around 18000 for our z4.

the Z4 has been around a long time and the 1er
is still fairly new and not selling very well...at least not in eastern VA. The foglights are standard on the 128 and 135 to the best of my knowledge. Driving with them on in non-inclement weather is ludicrous, IMO.
from BMW website...listed standard features...
"Exterior and aerodynamics
• Star Spoke (Style 256) 17 x 7.0 light alloy wheels and 205/50 run-flat1 all-season tires
• Halogen free-form front foglights
• Heated dual power mirrors and heated windshield washer jets
• Chrome-plated exhaust tips
• Gray-band windshield
• Chrome-line exterior trim
• Rain-sensing windshield wipers and Automatic headlight control"
if you have a US model you should already have foglights. Once you locate them please use them as they are intended.

Dang...I figured anything standard on the 128i...
would certainly be on the 135i. I had no idea that the 135- didn't come with fogs until this thread...thanks for the post. I suppose that the brake ducts are also right in that same location and the 135i comes with Xenons and maybe they(BMW) figures there's no real need for the fogs. But I wouldn't understand that reasoning...they're my 335i E92.
