Driver side fog light assembly rep[lacement

My 740i recently had the misfortune of runnig over a safety cone and I lost the driver side fog light.

In addition to the foglight the part that locks the foglight in place also seems to be broken and I need to replace thatas well. If I am not clear, this is the piece that swings around and pushes the fog light out when you push a screwdriver throug hte top hole on the bumper.

My question is how do I get the old piece off and does anybody know what the part number is for a replacment.

Roy - the part I was looking for seems to be not shown.
It is the piece that svivels below bracket 4 to lock the fog light in place..
