It's very slow here. Have you looked for any

    specific "Senior Six" boards?

    Re: New member from Australia

Hi BMW30isguy, I live in Sydney Australia. I like the look of the E3 and am considering buying and restoring one. However I have never driven one and have not seen one close up. E3's seem to be rare and make a statement. I am not interested in late or new Bms.

From my research and reading I would consider restoring completely, with very mild 3.5 engine, 5 speed, etc. and possibly use as a daily driver car.

A sports car such as and E9 would be too impractical with 2 kids, whereas E3 might be OK. I would be interested in hearing from an E3 owner what are they like to own and drive.

    Cheers, Walter
