Looking for hardtop for 2003 Z4

OK, a few years back, it was easy to find info, but I've been searching this forum and the web for about 2 hours with no luck. I found some posts about installing the tops, but not where to buy. We're considering adding a removable hardtop to our classic Merlot '03 beauty (after my wife got a gander at the '09 retractible -wow!) and the dealer said to check on E-bay, but no luck. I doubt I can get it thru BMW anymore--are there aftermarket mfrs of those tops? Anyone looking to sell one used?? I was lukewarm about the idea until of course I couldn't find one, now I gotta have it! Any feedback welcome! <img src="http://forums1.roadfly.com/preferences/showsigimage.php?img=72940">

JackB1 had one for sale forever. He sold it about two months ago. It gives the roadster a different look.

It was a 3k option that was in the BMW Z4 brochure (at least in 2005) made out of fiberglass. I gather that BMW no longer produces them...2005 Z4 3.0 T Silver, Black interior

hardtops but never a Z4.

I think the Z3 looks great with the HT but I can't see a Z4 with one.

Now the current Z4 with the HT up is a looker.
