1999 740il code P1158 SES light on....

Hope someone can shed some light on this for me.
As you can see from the subject line my 1999 740il has the SES light on, throughs a code of P1158, and occassionally stalls when at a stop light.

I have had the dealer check for vacuum leaks, replaced front and rear intake gaskets (no other leaks). I have replaced Cam Position Sensor. Still have the problem. Any other thoughts would be appreciated.

P1158 - Bank 1 Fuel Additive Trim Low

Many say this is a MAF code. I would pull the MAF she how she runs and if its no different than its MAF for sure. MAFs usually last 60-80k miles. So depending on last time its been replaced or if it ever has than its your best bet. Otherwise it could be O2-Sensors.
