what is part number 13?

I got the diagram from

it seems to be leaking abit of fuel and i'm having hot start problems.

The one on my car is located under the intake and has a red vacuum hose connected to it just trying to figure the part number to replace it. it is connected with a threaded nut at each side.

It's got an m30 in it aswell.

pitched it and plugged the hole. I also removed all the associated stuff. Early emissions crap. Don't worry about how well it works if they make you keep it on the car. The inspection people just want to see it is there. The car will run fine without it. Where are you located?

Thanks for the help,my connection was prob slow,I live in australia so its a euro model.
