84 528 OBC install
I got this OBC at the junkyard,the plug in is smaller on my clock,the question i have is what do i need to install it,i can go back and get the cable with the plug in but how hard is it to wire,was the OBC something you orderd,is there a plug in my car tucked away somewere from my cpu,or should i quit now while i am ahead LOL

I actually just REMOVED this from my car, the green big plug obviously goes in back of the OBC, the yellow goes in back of the cluster, there is a tiny one wire connector that goes right to the left of the steering column BUT im not familiar with the early cars if they have it, there is the small green that goes into the OBC, there is the black shrinkwrapped one that goes to the outside temp sensor, there is the blue or white one that goes under the speedometer for speed signal to OBC, and i think that was it.

This car never had a obc display,but its a aug. 83 production 1984 model
i found a 84 in the junk yard it had the older obc ,only 1 cable to it so i thought it might be east to plug into my car,it only had 1 cable ,one end going into the obc display but the yellow plug about 2" long was hanging in the car in the junkyard so i wasn't sure were it went,my instrument cluster has 1 blue plug and that's all.
