Correct part for 6NF + iPhone for X5 E70

I'd like to find out what the correct part number is for the snap-in adapter for the iPhone (that can play music too) that's used with the 6NF smartphone adapter option. This is for an X5 E70.

I've read through the following document:

First, which one is correct, and second, what is the price for the correct one?

the one that ends in 682 is for the 2G the one that ends in 683 is for 3G/3GS
