    will regret selling my e36m3 for an e39m5?

    Need a bigger car have a kid and another in the future need a 4 door...let me know what you all think.

    I've never driven an e39m5 so any/all input appreciated.

    WHY NOT

    More torque more power = why not

    Car may not be as nimble around corners, more understeer and oversteer due to the weight but keep good rubber on it and hang on !!!!

    Fuel bill will probably increase

    With the M5 in the garage the M3 is probably not needed for road trips

    why not get a 4 door e36 m3? e39 m5 would be awesome but i would hate using all that gas.

    Upkeep on E39 M5 usually WAY more than E36 M3.
