OEM Trailer Hitch

I am looking to install a trailer hitch on my 2001 740iL.

Couple of questions:
- Is there a BMW hitch available in the US? I have seen references to one saying it uses holes available in the frame (or something like that). Anybody have a part number, availability and other information regarding such a hitch?

- If not an OEM, is there another option which does not require drilling holes. I would like to not drill holes if I there is an option.

- If an OEM hitch exists in the US, where is the best place I can order. Does anybody have one for sale?

Do you know what is the towing capacity with this kit ?
