    92 e32 735il Left Lad shock -leaking bad !

Hi all been a while and sorry to say I need some advice. My 92 735Il just sprung a bad leak at drivers side RR strut. The leak seems to be coming from the small boss at the shocks check valve device that is parallel to the main strut. I saw on Johan & Sean's site where they rebuilt one of these and it appears that My issues are from the secondary housing like some seals are bad the strut and hoses accumulator seems okay but I have a bad leak at a small boss on center. it's shut me down this Friday and looking for some insight. on repair options. Attempt rebuild - or maybe this just a simple seal issue no HYD pressure like I could epoxy the boss ? Get a used strut ? Scrap the LAD all together. The car runs well and every thing works but this now... other issue IS I panicked and dumped ATF in the pwr steering reservoir (red) yea bad I guess I was using Pwr steering fluid and when the reservoir went dry and steering pump started whining I panicked and didnít think but didnít drive it since I saw the bad leak so need to purge that now too. What a mess !!Ken

anyone have an idea of pressure at that boss that is parallel to the bain strut ? looks like a simple seal but unsure of Hyd pressure, there. tempted to clean it well and JB weld it to get by until I can fix it right. If it will hold ? Ken
