The button on my steering wheel no longer registers the elctronic "beep" and the voice activation of the car is no longer working. This affects voice dialing, the integrated phone, and navigation. The phone no longer works when connected to the phone.

The fuses are no blown, the phone works outside of the car.

Can anyone provide advice? Where to start?
