    How good is the bmw navigation system?

    Heard it six. Would rather use a harmon or Magellan.

    it's not going to be 10x better for the extra cost

    BMW should bundle backup camera w/the nav.

    Had many Garmins and prefer to have the unit up on

    the dash at a more viewable height, less distracting from the road. Also prefer dealing directly with a dedicated company than thru a hybrid company for map updates, service, etc. And of course I can move from car to car with a system I'm totally used to, especially for rentals.
    And great units can be had for very cheap.
