been reading alot about bad MC symphtons and i want to be make sure i understand correctly. Problem i have: tried to bleed brakes and replace PS fluid, all went ok, but now i have pressure indicator on and noisy pump. Done everything as its recomended: bleed brakes fine - new fluid comming out and no air. PS reffil: front wheels up, pump brakes 20 times, refill.... and all. Still no pressure, when engine is off and pressing brakes 20 times pedal is firm but on the end fluid is start coming out of PS reservoir. When engine is on brake pedal is firm for about 15 sec and then goes down. So is it faulty MC? Thanks

needed. No PS fluid should be overflowing. A hard pedal during all the pumps means a bad bomb (accumulator). A pedal to the floor is a messed up MC.

replaced hydraulic brake cylinder and pressure regulator and its worse as pedal doesnt get hard at all, when pumping pedal its plenty air bubbles coming in the ps reservoir. is it still some air in the system or could be parts replaced are same faulty...? i have done PS bleeding as it should be done with front up and all pumping 20 times, but pedal never gets firm with engine on or off. brake lines where bleed. what on earth can be wrong drives me mad not havin a car....h ...e...l...p....

of the car and start it up and turn the wheel lock to lock a couple of times to get the air out. That should take care of the PS and brake booster system. Should the pedal still go way down it seems related to a MC problem.
