In the for sale section
There are 9 BMW's listed for sale and 5 of them are coupes. That seems surprising to me. 98 Z3 1.9 ; HMS strut tower brace, antisway bars, and roll bar; Supersprint cat back exhaust; Dinan chip; Whalen Shift Machine; Strong-Strut Butt strut; FOGGED air box, Downing Atlanta Supercharger.

My 2.8 has been for sale for a while now, but...
...haven't received a single serious inquire... Meanwhile has been sitting not driven in the garage for 2 months.
I'm starting to think I might give a call to Father Joe to come pick it up...

Re: My 2.8 has been for sale for a while now, but...
It’s the economy. My wife sells eBay at home for some extra $$$ and in the past months she has sold basically nothing compared to past. Even garage sales around are drawing zero crowds. It's not the car. It's just a nice to have and people don't want to spend.

I don;t know. I have been in the market for a new Z3 for about three months and I have been beat out on four or five cars... all sold within a day or two of listing. Might be the low miles I am looking at or just the lower prices. There are buyers though.

Yes, but why take a chance?
I'm sending mine to the crusher, just to be safe. After all, some guy in the Internet said it was a POS car.
Oh, wait....
Nevermind.
Actually, just got a new condensor and filter/dryer installed, and she's blowing ice cubes. SCS Automotive in Union Springs NY, $500 including parts and labor (not bad for a part that retails for $500).
New tires, new wheels, and we're leaving today for Georgia, via NYC then the Outer Banks, and then back on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Should take about two weeks.
And everything fit in the trunk, too. Except a spare tire...
