After 180,000 miles, 9 years, and uncounted smiles, my stalwart '97 2.8 Atlanta Blue roadster is no longer in my garage.

My new ride is a 2004 330CiC (E46) 6-speed. While I know I'll enjoy it, nothing can replace the Z. I don't think any strangers will spontaneously smile and wave at a 330Ci convertible.

This board has been informative, amusing, and entertaining, even when that wasn't the intent. Thanks to all who make it so.

Good luck to all. I'll probably continue to stop by once in a while from the dark side.

Yes, that is a nice replacement. You can always come back into the Z3 world if you end up missing it real bad. Still some nice low mileage cars out there even after all these years have passed.
