100k service and plugs?
400 bucks for service and another 300 for new plugs? Is this normal? Thanks!

This is HIGHWAY ROBBERY!
Even at inflated dealer prices, the plugs should be well under $10 each. Installation should be no more than 1.0 hour labor. Even with $100.00/hour labor rate, that totals $160. This is the VERY HIGH side of the range. Go to another dealer or good independent shop that specializes in BMWs.

OEM plugs last 100k miles. bimmerforums says NGK is same plug for 15 or 25, and found DIY instruction with pics there. Thanks!
