Black Fog Lights

Has anyone used these black fog lights on their z3? I was looking for a review on them before I bought them, I know they are cheap but figured I would check first (searched but found no reference). Please refer to the ebay link.

I bought some similar ones about 2 years ago, not the same seller, but the same location. I had to make a lot of modifications with a dremel tool just to get the bulbs installed and get the wires plugged in. Once installed, they looked good and worked ok for awhile, but I had continual problems with the electrical connections. I finally gave up and removed them.

Similar Story, lot of mods to get them to fit, retrofitted with old ones and new glass, then glass cracked on both of them within the first season, did not even last a year. I do not think they are heat tempered...
