    Shaking, possible flywheel balancing problem?

I put in resurfaced flywheel while performing 6 speed swap and now my engine shakes (new mounts all around) and when I'm in the car the shifter shakes too.

Any idea what this might be caused by? I'm thinking I had to weight my flywheel after resurfacing but not sure? How does one test/what are symptoms of invalid flywheel, etc ?

If it shakes only when you are driving, then it may be
the driveshaft (u-joints, center mount bearing, ect.)

If it shakes when you are parked, then it may be the flywheel
    or clutch.
