    We lost some of our C-17 family today...

    Apparently is was just a local training flight, practicing for an upcoming airshow. No word yet on casualties but it doesn't look good. Keep them and their families in your prayers.

    This picture is eerily similar to what I experienced in 1960 while I was at Naval Air Technical Training Center in the Memphis area. A Navy P2V took off and crashed while circling around to come back in with an engine on fire. All souls on board were lost. Full load of fuel.98 Z3 1.9 ; HMS strut tower brace, antisway bars, and roll bar; Supersprint cat back exhaust; Dinan chip; Whalen Shift Machine; Strong-Strut Butt strut; FOGGED air box, Downing Atlanta Supercharger.
