    Feels like a whole new clutch...

    Got the pedal box in today and all essential parts put back in. Had a very satisfying test drive. The slave and master and the pedal box were all shot for a long time, what a difference. Total time on this was about 7 hours.

    Where did you get the pedal box, and...

    what was the part number? Did you buy anything else when rebuilding the assembly?

    I believe it was a special order through the dealer and came from Cali. I got the # 35111152480 from RealOEM and my mechanic got me the part. No other parts were needed.

    Did you have the pedal box reinforced?

    To prevent the pedal box from cracking in the future, it is good idea to reinforce the pedal box, had it done on my 535 ..... my 630 is different so it is not required.

    Not at all....

    Got 23 years and 143K miles from the original, so no I did not modify the box. I`ll get a new one in 23 years.
