    Z-Fest Seat Bushing Clinic

In keeping with a proud tradition run by Fred R (first at Homecoming and then continued at Z-Fest), the ZSCCA is sponsoring the annual Seat Bushing Clinic at Z-Fest on Saturday, September 4, from 1 to 4 PM in the hotel parking lot/car wash area. Sadly, Fred won’t be there, but we will have his support from a distance.

There is no charge for the clinic or bushings BUT a donation of $10.00 per seat is requested which will benefit Make-A-Wish. As in the past, Doug Whalen has offered to donate the bushings again this year.

It is important that you email me as soon as possible so that I can get a count and Doug can ship us the bushings. Send your email to:

    [email protected]

Also, to keep things moving along, you need to bring with you the following items / tools:

    16mm socket
13mm socket and ratchet for both
    t25 torx and a t50 torx
Some sand paper around 100 grit
Something to put the seat on like a big towel or blanket
Paper towels or rags to place the kabobs on and wipe things up with.

13 days and counting 'till ZFest ....

and the emails from the excited convoys are starting to come in.

Please let us know what clinics you plan to attend so that we can make sure that we are ready for you!

You can post your seat busing attendance plans here and go to www.zfest.com for info about all of the other things to see and do.

    Cheers,

    Scott Pettit
