    kills the battery

I think the car is haunted. Thrice in three days roadside
assistance emergency rescue. The car kills the battery while
parked. Everything is off, key not in car, et cetera et cetera.
Once jump start it runs fine. Can even sit over night. Maybe.
Dealer says i left key in ignition and left some accessory on.
This is not the case, so i told them to keep it until it is fixed.

    Anyone else had this problem?

The historical first step to deal with this

problem is to do a current drain test on the battery when the car is off and then compare that to specs. Has this been done by your dealer?

Did a tech give you the info, or was it a SA?

By the way, by this time your battery is probably toast and will have to be replaced when you eventually find the problem.

The battery is most likely dead

    Also,

You might have a light in the glove box, trunk, hood area that is constantly on draining the battery of what life it has left.

Unplug the lights in the trunk, hood and glove boxes.

Or use the movie camera on your cellphone to make

sure the lights go out when you close the doors, etc.

    UPDATE

    UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE

The haunted machine lived with the dealer for eleven days!
They had a hard time figuring it out. So hard, in fact,
I suspect they still don't actually know. They claim the
solution is "new software". It has worked so far now for
about two weeks. The car was "waking up" while parked and
this (eventually) killed the battery. They claim it probably
did this from when it was new (five months ago) and the
battery finally died. They gave me a new battery.
