Cheapest place to buy OEM 98 Z3 rear window?

I am looking for the rear window kit (54 31 8 401 027). Mine was ripped by some hoodlum.

I see a range of prices. Cheapest I have found is someone on eBay for $195 + $15 shipping. Purports to be a BMW dealer.

Anyone have experience buying it cheaper?

I don't want the eMiata one. I hear that it may be too hard to install even if cheaper.

If you're in the BMWCCA he'll cut you a great deal. I don't remember the exact amount, but it's a legit dealer (Lincoln, NE).
