Brakes and steering have been checked, new tires put on,I will be replacing brake fluid. Is there anything else that needs to be replaced with this kind of mileage ?

Fuel filter and power steering fluid

At 75k, I turkey-bastered out the old power steering fluid and put in new stuff. Probably unnecessary as the old fluid looked fine, but it's easy to do.

    and front and rear struts/shocks

if not already done. And if it's a manual, replace the stock shift knob with a Whalen Shift Machine; you'll be glad you did.

Check Oxygen sensors, intake elbow, guibo, etc.

If the O2 sensors have not been replaced, you may need to do the primaries shortly (they are slated to be replaced at 100,000 miles). You'll get a CE light when they go south.

If you get a code reader (highly recommended, and a Bentley manual) you may get a "catalytic converter efficiency below threhsold" message, which will tell you it is time to put in new O2 sensors.

Ironically, if you get an "oxygen sensor out of range" error, it may just be a hole in the intake elbow.

Also look for leaks in the valve cover gasket. And it may be time for spark plugs as well (if they are original).

The others covered the other PM items. If you are under the car, inspect the guibo and center bearing for cracks in the rubber.

5-speed or auto? If the former, be sure to bleed the slave cylinder, if the latter, at least check the fluid level, if not replace it.

    Thats what I did/would do.

    Good luck.
