Much of Obama's original plans were centrist-left. But Pelosi and Reid will settle for nothing but far left. They've been a major drag on his administration. This country can't afford to go to the left or right extremes, yet that is what too many of the big-mouths in Congress want. I'm comfortable with either centrist-left or centrist-right. But I have yet to see any viable candidate make that work. I had hope for McCain until he chose that dumbass from Alaska as his running mate._____________________________________________ _______________

That is the problem I find with being conservative. People always assume you align yourself with the Christian far-right, and in my case, nothing could be further from the truth.
