Europeans don't drive a rusty old pickup :-)
and that guy is sure looks like welding something. I have seen this pics but never noticed the welding equipment in the background. Seriously crazy but good.

The back has the parking brake. If you put the >>
front on ramps, and attempt to jack the rear, the car will run you over.

Backing up on the ramps won't push them away (m)
Trying up onto them with the front wheels can sometimes push them forward.
